Its not just in the E.T. movie anymore, because the 'Flying Bike' is real .... you can actually fly a bike through the air!
Engineers recently tested a flying bicycle called the F-Bike. They used a remote control to pilot the bike around in the air. The F-Bike was able to lift-off, hover in air, steer and land during its five minute test ride.

One hundred percent of donations will go to the Boys and Girls Club.

Tween dreams do come true!
The newly launched Tween Stars Live Tour 2013 will feature eight young stars from the TV shows Shake It Up, A.N.T. Farm, Austin & Ally, Wizards of Waverly Place, Victorious, Jessie and Good Luck Charlie.
The tour kicks off Saturday, July 27 at Freedom Hill Amphitheater in Sterling Heights, Michigan and Sunday, July 28 at the Rosemont Theatre in Rosemont, Illinois.
See your favorite TV actors up close and personal. There will be a Q & A with the stars, trivia, prizes, secret show scoops, backstage bloopers, a chance to act out scenes on stage with the actors, and much more.
The tween cast appearing in Detroit and Chicago features Calum Worthy ('Dez' Disney's Austin & Ally), Peyton List ('Emma' on Disney's Jessie), Jennifer Stone ('Harper' Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place), Alexandria DeBerry ('Paisley' Disney's A.N.T. Farm), Davis Cleveland ('Flynn' Disney's Shake It Up), Raven Goodwin ('Ivy' Disney's Good Luck Charlie), Adam Irigoyen ('Deuce' on Disney's Shake It Up) and Daniella Monet ('Trina' Nickelodeon's Victorious).
At the end of the show, there will be a private, two hour 'Tween Stars & Me' Autograph & Photo Session on site where fans are guaranteed to meet all eight actors, get their autograph and have their picture taken together.

One Direction has unveiled the bottle of their fragrance "Our Moment" which is set to launch late August. It will be available at Harrods in the UK. No word on whether it will release at retailers in the U.S. also. Possibly in the fall.
One of the band members tweeted:
“I still can’t believe we’re releasing our own fragrance! We worked hard to get it smelling just right, and very excited to announce that it will be called Our Moment!”
The fragrance is a sweet blend of pink grapefruit, wild berries, red currants, jasmine petals, fresh freesia, creamy musk, sheer woods and white patchouli. "Our Moment" will be available in an Eau de Parfum spray, body lotion and shower gel.

One Direction has taken a stand against bullying and they want you to join them in this great cause!
The boys are teaming up with Office Depot. They are coming out with a lline of
products for the 1D+OD LIVE.LOVE.MOVE Together anti-bullying campaign.
The collection will include notebooks, wristbands, nail polishes that the boys will help design. The products will feature positive messages such as "Live Nice" and "Live Confident."
This will be a great way to promote the anti-bullying message and all you have to do is ask your parents to get your school supplies at Office Depot to buy the new 1D product line. Remember July 5th is the day!

On July 1st federally subsidized student interest
loan rates are set to double.
Today concerned college students join President Obama to convince Congress to keep this from happening. Obama is seeking to lock in the interest rates for college education borrowers.
Congress' decision will effect whether students are able to get an affordable college education. Currently, many struggle to pay off college loans. This adds financial stress and the inability to live the American dream that a college education is supposed to provide. A college education is a vital asset to get a well-paying job, therefore this is not an issue to be taken lightly.
The cost of college education is a concern to students, families and the economic growth of the country as a whole.

Arvind Mahankali beat out 11 finalist to win $30,000 in cash and prizes, plus a huge trophy for winning Scripps National Spelling Bee!
The 13-year-old from Bayside Hills, N.Y., correctly spelled "knaidel," a German word for a small mass of leavened dough. But Arvind won another prize in all of this. He'd lost in prior spelling bees for misspelling 'German' words. His determination paid off!
