Justin Bieber gets Kissed by a fan and several fans are Injured at Norway Concert (video)

Despite all the ruckus in Norway yesterday, one fan got more than a concert from Justin Bieber!

One bold fan somehow got past all of Justin's security and got a hug and kiss from her favorite star.

I bet she hasn't washed her lips all day...just letting Justin's kiss linger. You go girl!

Meanwhile, an investigation has launched after 49 teenage girls were injured and 14 were taken by ambulance for emergency care in the fandemonium over Justin Bieber's concert.
